Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used lip products cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty or damaged.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error. Perfect Pair bundles must be returned complete.
